Citizen Swarm® is an innovative Personal Security application designed to enhance citizen empowerment through new services and features aimed at improving social safety. This app facilitates immediate assistance by notifying neighbors, friends, and family about one’s situation, needs, and location during emergencies, ensuring that help can arrive while emergency services are en route.

The app is available in both English and Spanish, catering to a diverse user base. Citizen Swarm® is free for personal and family use; however, those who require connectivity with more than 20 contacts and 6 groups may consider the Premium version. This upgrade is particularly beneficial for neighborhood networks, companies, security groups, or public safety organizations. What Are the Swarms?

Citizen Swarm® enables users to create "swarms," which are mutual help groups organized by location, social circles, or workplaces. The group creator has the flexibility to invite participants without the need for individual contact additions.

• Swarms can be set as public or private; anyone with access to the link or QR code can join a public swarm, while a private swarm requires administrator approval for new members.
• Additionally, users can add individual contacts such as local law enforcement or medical professionals, providing a versatile networking option.

Emergency Buttons

The app allows for individual or collective configuration of emergency buttons. Users can specify which swarms will receive alerts for various emergencies—be it Police, Medical, or Firefighter notices—tailored to their specific needs. For features like Safe Transport, alerts can be directed solely to nearby contacts.

New Configurable Button

The customizable button caters to specific user needs based on age, gender, or unique requirements. Currently available options include:

• Safe Transport
• Gender Violence
• Domestic Violence
• Sexual Harassment
• Depression
• Bullying

If none of the predefined options suffice, users have the opportunity to create their own Customizable Button with a chosen name and message—quickly and efficiently.

Safe Transport

This function is essential for those using taxi apps or other transportation modes, enabling users to notify family and friends about their journeys. In case of danger, real-time location updates can be provided.

Panic Button: ZenBee®

A notable addition to the Citizen Swarm® suite is the ZenBee® button. This device allows users to activate alerts without needing immediate access to their mobile phones. Rather than navigating through apps in emergencies, users simply press the ZenBee® button to send out an alert promptly.
